Technical Innovator
Nim came to Aotearoa eight years ago from Bengaluru, India, pursuing a career change from Biotechnology to Conservation Biology. The move was quite life-changing as she fell in love with the ahurea, taiao and taonga species of Aotearoa.
Nim has recently made a seamless transition from her Ph.D., studying population genetics and genomics of brushtail possums, to a dynamic role as Technical Innovator at ZIP, where she looks forward to furthering her work and knowledge in Conservation.
When she’s not being a ZIPper, Nim likes walking, puzzling, reading, and being theatrical and musical.
